We partner with Adobe and ConnectSolutions to provide our customers two different options when it comes to planning your meetings. Whether your meeting requires collaboration, presentation, and demonstration or a high-quality video webcast, we have the platform for you.   • Flash-based webconferencing platforms mean almost no new downloads for meeting attendees. 98% of internet-connected computers already have Flash installed.
    • TelePoint Collaboration (powered by Adobe), our webconferencing platform, is a powerful eLearning and eMeeting tool, with exceptional flexibility and diverse functions. It enables us to produce virtual meetings that are visually stimulating, and that engage participants with various interactive elements.
    • TelePoint Broadcast (powered by ConnectSolutions), our webcasting platform, provides the audience a best-in-class viewing experience with HD Quality video. The scalability and flexibility allows you to broadcast your events with ease to five or five thousand audience members anywhere in the world.

TelePoint Conferencing Services

TelePoint Conferencing provides unique full service webconferencing and webcasting events with one-on-one support. Below are the detailed services we believe will contribute to a successful and productive meeting.

Dedicated Project Managers
Primary liaison to provide oversight and manage various aspects of each virtual program. Project Managers will have ongoing communication with the client team and provide coordination with the necessary groups involved.

Platforms

The TelePoint Conferencing System is based on the best in class, Adobe Flash Player based, Adobe Acrobat Connect Professional. TelePoint Conferencing is a partner with Adobe Systems, Inc; we are actively involved development of custom applications that enhance the performance of the TelePoint system specific to the needs of our clients. Our system is hosted in our own private space in a Tier 4 Data center and not hosted by Adobe. This allows for better performance, increased security and customization of the product. Our system is highly integrated into a custom database, which includes capabilities such as on-line access by password-enabled clients to real-time reports that provide status of events, registrants, etc.

The TelePoint Broadcast System is based on ConnectSolutions’ Podium engine. This system is also Adobe Flash Player based and allows for audiences up to 10,000 users. TelePoint Broadcast is fully integrated with Akamai (CDN) for rapid and secure worldwide distribution and employs full screen, full motion HD quality video with integrated closed captioning.
